Sellers

It’s my job to understand the unique value of each property I help sell. Therefore I, in congruence with Sotheby’s International Realty, have developed a successful marketing strategy that will provide your home with the attention and exposure it deserves. If you’re curious, take a look at Sotheby’s Successful Marketing Strategy below:

Assessment
Together you and I review and decide what alterations or repairs need to be made for your home to reach its full potential. There is also the option of contacting a professional stager who will transform your home into a beautiful blank canvas ready for sale. Though staging your house is recommended (on average a staged home sells for approximately 5% more and in half the time), it is not mandatory.
Posting
Next, your home will be posted on Sotheby’s Multiple Listing Service as well as sothebysrealty.com and todaySIR.com for immediate wide scale exposure.
Launching
Your listing is then sent to dozen of websites such as The New York Times International and The Wall Street Journal, among many others, and to our business partners for further awareness.
Marketing
Once your listing is available online, your home is introduced in sales meetings to Sotheby’s agents worldwide. We arrange for a professional photographer to capture the true essence of your home then use those images to create a dynamic marketing brochure which is distributed to our network offices around the world. We also create an enterprising direct mail campaign.
Advertising
On a local and international level, we advertise your home in the media, both online and in print, and host an Open House for further outreach and awareness.
Leading to Sale
Lastly, all interested agents will preview your property. And when all those responses and inquires start coming in, I inform you right away. I also provide regular updates on comparable homes in your area.

I look forward to crafting a unique plan to help you sell your home. Simply contact me and I will take care of the rest!
