The average price per square ft in the 4th quarter of 2016 was $942, 3% higher than $913 in 2015. The median sales price in the 4th quarter of 2016 was more or less the same at $1,650,000.
The 4th quarter sales transactions closed in 2016 (71 homes sold) was 29% higher than 2015 (55 homes sold). The 4th quarter sales volume was up 34% in 2016 ($129 Million) than 2015 ($96 Million).
